Lovely park with lots of large trees. Two sections -- so be prepared to walk up steps to get the upper section. The lower section has a tennis court. There are a few homeless tents tucked back amongst the trees, but not a big deal. The upper section has views from the top of a hill overlooking the bay. Nice but not exciting. Quiet, not many people.
